Yes, as long as the student fulfils the prerequisite requirement (if any) and that the course is not already full when the student tries to enroll.
The list of courses offered in the next academic year will not be officially announced until the end of an academic year and once it has been finalized, usually in June, the course list will be made available online. The time tables will subsequently follow.
Two introductory courses (FINE1001 Introduction to Western art history and FINE1008 Introduction to the arts of Asia: past and present), and the compulsory 2000-level course for majors (FINE2081 Art history & its methods) tend to open every year, while most 2000- and 3000-level courses are not taught every year.
